I started off by identifying what their main goal for the website was. The website was just to serve as information before they received a call for appointments which, when I asked, they preferred to take them manually. Although still taking appointments over the phone, the client experience should still be quicker as they have all the relevant information on the website, so the call is simply booking the appointment instead of a game of 21 questions.
I didn't want to over complicate the user experience, so I kept only the necessary information that gives the reader some value. I embeded their Facebook page towards the footer as has a great deal of day to day content that doesn't need to be on the website all the time.
Using the high fidelity prototype I was able to create the entire website on Webflow. The entire build took less than 10 days start to finish as it was only a single page and I didn't want to add too many interactions so it wasn't too jazzy. I spent the most time on the price grid iteration as this needed to respond and adapt correctly to the device size. The majority of web traffic these days are via mobile so I gave this a particular focus.
